It’s all about

the Nadas.

Our empanadas are a type of fried turnover made from pastry dough and filling. The name comes from the Spanish word, empanar (to bread, i.e., to coat with bread), and translates as 'breaded', that is the filling is wrapped or coated in bread. In our case they are made by folding dough over a filling, which depending on the choice may consist of meat, cheese, vegetables, and/or other ingredients. Then frying for the final result of a crispy, golden brownish fried pie of bliss.
